Covid 19 DELIVERY UPDATE

Please note that because of Covid 19, some apparel, accessories and lifestyle orders are taking 3+ weeks to ship due to material supply and business interruptions. This does NOT apply to instruments. Unfortunately we have no way of expediting orders. Once placed, orders may not be changed. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

Shipping for Instruments

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping within the continental United States.

We offer shipping via Fed Ex Ground or United States Postal Service Package Mail. Both of these delivery options offer tracking and 1-5 days delivery service depending on your location in relationship to our instrument warehouse in El Monte, CA, 91733, United States.

Free shipping may not be combined with other discounts or offers. 

Returning Instruments

We want you to be completely delighted with your instrument. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return for refund or credit within 30 days of purchase.

If your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit unless the instrument was damaged or defective.

1. Items should be packed in the original box in the condition in which they were received.

2. All accessories should be included.

3. Receipt or gift receipt should be included.

Shipping for Non-Instrument Items

We currently offer FREE shipping within the continental United States for all Alkemi Artifacts - that is, items other than instruments.  International shipments are not available at this time. 

Returning Alkemi Tees

Please note: Tees are printed on demand and not returnable unless misprinted/damaged/or defective. We have included precise T-shirt measurements + instructions on how to measure, so please use one of your favorite existing T shirts as a guide. If you received a misprinted, damaged or defective item, you may return it for refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. Jewelry Returns

Please note: Earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
